* Catch OOM in tests

* Alias gBattleTestRunnerState with sBackupMapData

Reverts #3398 "Fix Broken Move Anims in Tests" which moved the AI logs
to statically-allocated EWRAM_DATA instead of being part of
gBattleTestRunnerState.
