6e621d80a1 Added day/night palette swapping. 
Updated lighting for lava, Petalburg, Slateport, Dewford, Verdanturf, Oldale, Mossdeep, Lilycove, Fallarbor.
Improved lantern appearance & added neon signs on PokeCenter & Mart.
Optimized gamma shift code.
Removed obselete CacheLightMetatiles.
